Our consultant pharmacists perform Drug Regimen Review (DRR) as often as daily, at least monthly and as necessary, depending on the resident’s condition and the risks for adverse consequences related to active, current medication orders. A relevant User Defined Assessment (UDA) will be created in PointClickCare after any DRR.
