During DAILY Medication Regimen Review (MRR), our consultant pharmacists will review all new psychotropic medication orders to confirm appropriate diagnosis and make recommendations for gradual dose reduction.
Current CMS Guideline language will be used to consolidate and minimize the use of multiple Physician letters and allow compliance with electronic response to the consultant pharmacist recommendations and signatures.
